Fibromialgia e exercício físico: uma revisão sistemática

La fibromialgia es un síndrome caracterizado por la parte musculoesquelética generalizada, además de otros síntomas físicos y cognitivos. Objetiva-se com esse estudo avaliar a eficácia dos ejercicios físicos como tratamiento no farmacológico para la fibromialgia. Se trata de una revisión integrativa de la literatura científica, realizada sobre la base de datos de PubMed y Scielo, incluidos artículos publicados en los últimos 5 años que abordan la relación entre el ejercicio físico y la fibromialgia. 10 artículos preencheram os criterios de inclusión. A partir del resultado de la revisión, foi observado que una práctica regular no apenas ayuda a controlar los síntomas físicos, pero también atua como un marcador de salud para los pacientes. Entre los principales beneficios, se evidencia una reducción del sueño y de la gestación de dos síntomas, mejor salud mental y calidad del sonido, además de la ganancia de funcionalidad y autonomía que promueven los ejercicios. Aunque los resultados convergen en la relación con el potencial terapéutico del ejercicio físico en la fibromialgia, hay heterogeneidad metodológica de los estudios incluidos. Portanto, concluye que el ejercicio físico es indispensable en el tratamiento no farmacológico de la fibromialgia y consegue mejorar los síntomas físicos y cognitivos.
